The indigenous aboriginal culture holds a deeply spiritual connection with the land, dating back over sixty thousand years. Participants in this powerful retreat experienced a rare opportunity to make a personal connection under the guidance of master of contemporary art, Elizabeth Cummings. Totally entranced, fourteen intrepid artists visited sacred sites, made inspired photographs, drawings and paintings of the magical landscape. Recognized aboriginal women artists joined us for painting, singing and sharing time in our studio… all intoxicated by the great Uluru.
